Ugandan born socialite Julia Kawalya, who is mostly remembered for causing a bitter break up between Farouk Ssempala and Zari Hassan, is one lady who shocked the world by undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift surgery worth $70,000 (UShs 210m) just to look like Nicki Minaj. When it comes to the quest for the ideal backside, the booties of Nicki Minaj ,Jennifer Lopez and Kenya’s Vera Sidika are motivating patients to get butt-lifts. The procedure, which costs between $12,000 and $20,000, inserts fat from other areas of the body. But Julia Kawalya spent $70,000 to undergo the same procedure.
Earlier this year, Julia Kawalya underwent gastric sleeve, a weight loss surgery at Mt Sinai Hospital in Manhattan performed by Dr Carbral who is rumored to have turned around Amber Rose and American TV star Candy Flow
The Ugandan Socialite says that the decision to undergo the expensive surgery was inspired by her Spanish and Dominican girlfriends whose body shapes she admired.
“I always envied their beautiful bodies even with some having four, five kids,when I asked them how on earth they looked sweet sixteen in their thirties, they let me in on their secret.” Julia Kawalya Stated.
She says that there are no side effects from the butt increment surgery apart from a healthier longer life because the tummy tuck cut off all the fat that destroys organs and causes cancer.
Julia who is steadily recovering now says she will have the biggest behind in the whole of East Africa.This has always been her dream since she was 16 but she is now grateful to God for having validated her dream
On a recent Facebook Post, Julia seemed to be amazed by kenya’s Vera sidika’s look who she reffered to as ” her East African Sister”
