– Bahati resurfaced on Friday, February 5, with a new song after going MIA for three weeks.
– The singer had hinted he was quitting music following frustrations from his colleagues like Willy Paul and Daddy Owen.
-But upon his return he dissed Willy Paul when he appeared on Larry Madowo’s the Trend.
– He said he wont respond to Paul’s dis because he (Paul) does not know how to raise a family.
– The two gospel singers have a long standing feud which has escalated over time.
Hours after resurfacing from his self-imposed disappearance from the public, gospel singer Bahati has rekindled his long-standing feud with his counterpart Willy Paul Msafi.
Appearing on NTV’s the Trend, Bahati threw major shade on Paul, insinuating that he is just an immature individual who doesn’t know how to raise a family.
The proprietor of the show, Larry Madowo, asked Bahati why he is always involved in a confrontation with Willy Paul and what he thinks of the latest jibe the Tam Tam hitmaker threw at him.
“Uko na beef gani na Willy Paul? Kila mara kila mtu anafungua roho kwa instagram, facebook? (What is the beef between you and Willy Paul? Every now and again you are ranting on Instagram, Facebook),” Larry asked Bahati
The singer frowned his face, took a deep breath and looked into Larry Madowo’s eyes before dropping the bombshell.
“Uko sure? Nikuulize, unajua niko na watoto. Unajua kwa nini sijipingi watu? Sababu huwezi jibu mtu hajui kulea. So sina beef na anyone (Are you sure? Let me tell you, you know I have kids. Do you know why I don’t respond to people? Because you cannot respond to someone who doesn’t know how to raise a family,” Bahati dropped the bombshell.
Fans who had gathered in the outside broadcasting of the show covered their mouths in amazement before letting out a loud laughter.
Madowo couldn’t ask any other question regarding the same.
The latest comes after Bahati resurfaced with a new song three weeks after hinting he was quitting music because he couldn’t put up with the likes of Willy Paul and Daddy Owen.
The singer went into hiding and even deleted some of his social media posts.
This happened after he had rattled the entertainment fraternity by claiming that gospel singer Daddy Owen had pocketed all the royalties from the song Mbona which he collaborated with physically challenged singer Denno.
Denno who did a collabo with Bahati recently had hinted that Daddy Owen never gave him part of the royalties.
This angered a section of artistes who jumped to the defense of Daddy Owen. Maong them were his brother Ruffton, comedian Eric Omondi and Willy Paul himself.
